"I didn't want to say I didn't like it because I'm sure it's a very different experience in store.
However, the steamed buns were dry. Inside flavorful but the actual bun was dry. Not like the normal steamed buns experience of airy light n moist. This was dense dry and heavy.
The musubis spam to rice ratio was comical. I know us islanders love our rice but we love our spam too. The spam was a sliver of a cut and the rice was not sticky. The sauce was good though.
The baked bun. Phenomenal. Bread was airy with the right crispy to softness. The inside was flavorful and plentiful.
The wings were good just hella small.
Breakfast bun was bomb. The only think is the cut size of the celery. They were huge so the celery kinda overpowered the flavor of the bun.
Fried dumpling I didn't eat because it was smashed into the bag. But it smelled good.
