I ordered drinks based on the many stating that they carried Pepsi products. I specified that I wanted 2 sodas without caffiene. Suggested Sierra Mist, Orange, Root Beer, or anything else caffeine-free. They gave me black tea. What??? Then the fries looked nothing at all like the Sides - Fries on the menu. I got maybe 1/5 of the amount and needed to get a refund. Unacceptable, as I felt cheated. Similar with the Hausbites (6). The menu image shows them looking similar to a slider from White Castle, when in reality they're each about half of that size. Not worth the $9.99. Also, on of mine had a hard bone in it that almost broke my tooth. The Buffalo Wings did have good flavor, but again looked nothing like the ones in the menu photos. These were heavily breaded. If you like wings without breading, these are not for you. In closing, due to the majority of the items I ordered having issues, mostly based on size or carelessness, Icannot recommend Burgerhaus. The menu looks good, and the prices appear to be fair, but the photos are misleading and it's just not worth it in the end. I'd strongly suggest one of the many other burger places over this if you're looking for burgers and chicken."
