They always seem to forget at least one item and at least one of two ingredients. Burritos are wildly inconsistent - sometimes you'll just get a small nub and other times it'll be a long skinny one. The last time I ate, the chicken was burnt in the outside, leaving a gross charcoal taste in the burrito and hard crispy strips of skin that I had to pull out. Good luck contacting anyone about a refund for missing items because they make it impossible to talk to anyone, only a bot that's completely useless. Chipotle use to be a great fast food place, but the consistency, incompetency, and complete inability to read a receipt and include everything on it has dropped them way down the totem pole. You're better off getting a burrito from your local Mexican place - at least that way you'll be supporting a local business."
