I have eaten lechon asado from many different places, including Puerto Rico, and I must say this was disappointing. I recommend letting the meat marinate longer if at all. The Cuajito 32 oz (picante) followed suit and was not seasoned well either, much less spicy as it is described. I ordered because of all the good reviews others gave it, not sure if they ordered from this same place. The Arroz con gandules was actually the one item that tasted good and cooked perfectly. "
