"By far the best Ethiopian restaurant when it comes to kitfo! I keep coming back for the meat—it’s always fresh, juicy, and incredibly flavorful. I’ve tried a variety of dishes and every single one has been amazing. The portions are generous and definitely worth every penny. You can taste the love in her cooking. I absolutely love this place!"
"The Doro Wot was amazing, flavorful, and well seasoned. The dish was a lot and enough for seconds. I never had the dish before but can say that I have been made into a believer. The injera was packaged in a different container and was plentiful. There was enough injera to use for the dish that there was extra left. The egg was hard boiled and cooked through."

"I have had multiple peopletell me to try these pierogi and I can see why. All the perogi were big and stuffed well. Excellent portion size. The Mushroom and Sauerkraut Pierogi were delicious and I wish I had gotten more than 1 of each. The Meat Pierogi was good but my least favorite of all four varieties. The Potato Cheese Pierogi was outstanding, and the horseradish sour cream and onions really brought it all together. The Potato Leek (v,gf)soup was my favorite thing I got. So comforting, and made the way I make it at home with whole leek and potato pieces. Not puréed like many versions of the soup are. I am a big fan and will definitely order again."
"The food was wonderful. I love that you can get 1 Potato Cheese Pierogi . they are large, and it was perfect. The Reuben was wonderful! I wish they had packaged the sanwhich differently, the bottom was a little soggy, but I'd order it again in a heartbeat."

"My friend put me on to this & had to have it right away because it was SO good. I love all the vegan options that are actually extremely flavorful, full of protein. I like to put the shiro, ater kik, and miser all together in the injera little bit by bit they taste very good when put together evenly in small lines. Also loved the fasolia & tiqel gomen. Will be reccomending and reordering more often . Also very filling due to so many proteins. I appreciate the injera is fermented . Good for the gut !"

"Family Platter For 2:Huge portions of food for the price making it great value. Everything was well seasoned and complimented each other using fresh ingredients that provide such depth of flavor. The meat was tender and juicy. The hummus was creamy complimenting the pillow texture of the pita. The other included sides were just as amazing as well! Highly recommend adding the Tabbouleh as a side salad to further increase the experience of this incredible meal. This is a great dish to be able to try a lot of the different items this place has to offer but also great for regulars as well. Will definitely order again!
Baklava: Absolutely delicious with dense filling with a flaky soft texture from the layers of dough. Not sickeningly sweet but sweet enough to cap the end of a delicious meal. Huge portion for the price.
Carrot Cake: One of the best I've had in the cities! The texture is on point and the frosting was amazing. Huge portion for the price.
Looking forward to the next order!"
"OMG! This place is phenomenal! I ordered the Fish Plate & Somali Street Fries & trust me I was skeptical. I thought I was ordering PEPPER which seems to be the flavor of African or fusion inspired dishes or restaurants. The menu pictures can list vanilla ice cream, but it would still be PEPPER! I absolutely hate that, but to my surprise-it was one of the most delicious places I've had in the cities!!! It's a mix of African/Somali with Mediterranean and omg YUMMY! Please don't hesitate! And the portion size was HUGE! Let me emphasize HUGE!!!!! ENORMOUS! One meal could easily feed 2 people! On top of that, they placed my sauces neatly sealed on the side- in a separate bag, along with napkins, fork/spoon, a pita & hummus and a side salad! Oh and a can of ginger ale that was less than $1.50! Most places charge you the price of a 2liter for a sip! Guys HEAR ME- THIS PLACE IS FIRE! Money well spent! Fantastic job Oasis Mediterranean Grill! New Favorite ❤️❤️❤️!"

"The veggie combo was really delicious. I liked each of the options, spicy but not so much that my nose and eyes watered. What prevents me from giving it five stars is that the injera was packed on top of the veggie dishes, which meant that it was soggy when it arrived and wasn't much good as "utensil." It tasted all right, though. I'd order from here again."

"Erta Ale hit the spot! The Doro Wat was great. The chicken was cooked with a thick, spicy bebere sauce, plus a boiled egg. I really loved the vegan platter. There were three kinds of lentils, kale, cabbage, and a vegetable mix. All had great flavor and were a nice complement to the spicy Doro Wat. "I've tried five or six different Ethiopian restaurants in the area and Bole is by far my favorite. Everything is consistently fresh and flavorful, I especially like the kik alicha and the lamb. However, it should be noted that to go orders are not lined with injera so it's advisable to order extras. The dishes come with some, but not enough to soak up all of the delicious dregs. "
"They make fresh, flavorful Ethiopian food that will make yummy sounds! They can accommodate allergies and even spice needs. As if that were not enough, this restaurant stands apart from other Ethiopian restaurants, because they clearly have designed things to support takeout and delivery. There are multiple options for attaining your favorite dishes. They have combinations where you may select two, three, or four different dishes. They come in a compartmental container with a lid. The way that the injera is sent is also designed for retaining clean, safe, travel, and preparation for comfortable sharing. The injera is generous and rolled up inside a foil protected wrap. It made the experience of helping guests enjoy nervous Scandinavian friends their first experience with Ethiopian food (intheir own home) easy. I LOVE Ethiopian food, though I have never been to Ethiopia. Restaurants that have allowed me to journey on a culinary tour are to be treasured. Thank you!"

"Key Wot & Alicha Wot Combo, Extra Injera, Sambusa and Special Vegetarian Combo were all yummy! portions were smaller than expected. However, it was delicious and filling!
Glad there is some good Ethiopian food on this side of town so we don't have to drive 30+ minutes to get some! We will purchase again!
The only input I have for the restaurant, is to put better descriptions for people who are not familiar with this food. I think more sales will come with better descriptions."

"Very good. Mixed Tikka Platter was flavorful and awesome with the sauce. The Chicken Gyro Rice was also very delicious and had a nice rich flavor. The portion was fair but I have seen places offer much more portion for the same price unfortunately. But Lakeside doesn't disappoint in flavors!"
"Love the mixed platter and lamb tikka cheese fries. The portion is huge, usually about 2 meals and the seasoning is authentic top notch. The meat is very succulent and the salad is always fresh. Comes with crispy fries. Tried mango lassi and loved it. I was sold on their coconut shrimp. Would definitely order again. It's a great family owned and run small business. Service is amazing."

"Good food the mac and Rondo Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens Vegan were really good the Southern Fried Potatoes were good but which they were crispy the Smoked Gouta Grits weren't seasoned how I would but nice cheesy flavor nothing a little salt and pepper can't fix the Peach Cobbler with Spiced Cream was better then a couple places I've had in mn for sure overall would eat here again and get the large Mac and collard greens "
"I keep giving chances because I want it to be good. They can fry some catfish, everything else has just not been good. I don't know what type of Mac n cheese they make, but no. Shrimp n grits has little to no gravy and so on. Please make changes so we can have a better experience. Everytime I order the taste are inconsistent. "

"Holy smokes, this is one ofthe best meals I've had in a long time. The Shawarma Fries were absolutely amazing -- I got beef and that was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The hot sauce wasn't overly spicy but gave it a little kick, the veggies were good, and the fries were great -- the whole thing was awesome and the portion was huge and resulted in leftovers (and I can eat a lot). Absolutely 10/10 and would order that again!! I also got a mango Lassi which was delicious -- also recommend! The Naan was good but sitting in the bag with my hot food made it sort of soggy by the time it got here; it was well made but unfortunately not a great texture when I ate it. Still though, great meal and I'll absolutely order from here again!"
"Middle Eastern Meal Box is good value during happy hour but it is bland. The chicken isn't seasoned. Nor is the rice. But the portion is very large. Ultimately I will not order this again. The pita included with the Baba Ganoush order was very small."
