A pita should have a bite of tzatziki in each bite they are so cheap with tzatziki and meat. Last timemy pita was basically res onions and tomatoes. Ihave received a pita that was dripping in grease a few times now foo. They're capable of much better. Im a professional chef and in my opinon they need to put quality and portion control in place. A gyro plate should be 10-12oz measured everytime that way customer gets what they expect portion wise. "
