The Enchilada was SO good. Mexican Rice and Refried Beans reminded me of the grandkids Abuelita! The pork Tamal was a pleasant surprise, Has a bit of a bite to it but in a good way. Since I moved to Ohio from IL, I've had nothing but bland Mexican food - until now. It's not supposed to be bland! And La Cass has captured the flavors without overdoing it. The Fried Ice Cream is a funny story. The old man doesn't like Mexican food he tells me. He ate half of the Fried Ice Cream! I was told next time I order from here to order him one.
