"So disappointed with my orders. I typically order multiple bagels and plain 8oz Packaged Schmear. Every single time, my bagels are cut extremely unevenly - one half being almost the entire bag, with the other half being a sliver. This time around, my three tubs of plain schmear actually appeared to be moldy (no, it wasn't cross-contamination of seeds, etc.,but rather grey/blackish flecks throughout. These bagels are the closest I have found to NY-style bagels out here in the Seattle area, so I didn't mind payinga bit extra. But, I can no longer justify the cost for such poor quality."

The brioche dough was light, not dense and the best I have ever had here in WA. There was no residue oil on the donuts nor or old oil smell or flavor clinging to the donuts which means the bakery changes the frying oil regularly as they should, which has been rare with my experience from other establishments. "NOTE: Not all drinks allow to add extra toppings!! The Matcha Cookie Smoothie was the perfect sweetness at 30% according to the two people who ordered it. I had the Camellia Oolong Milk Tea with 10% sweetness because I don't like my tea too sweet, and added honey boba. The boba was nice a chewy - more like a mochi ball texture. I probably would do zero sugar next time since the honey boba is so sweet. The oolong flavor was not very strong, but overall it was still good. The Orange Jasmine Fruit Tea ordered at 30% was quoted as perfect sweetness and very good flavor. Cloud Matcha Latte was flavorful and said to taste similar to Molly Tea's cloud matcha latte. The matcha drinks did not allow for extra toppings. The fruit tea and milk teas allow to add for toppings."

"Rice Floral Green Milk Tea with honey boba and oat milk was very tasty, even without sugar! I was skeptical at the description but it truly does have notes of pandan with a taste of taro at the end. The Blueberry Blizzard Smoothie was pretty and tasty as well. Everything came very secured in a fancy tote. We'll definitely order more!"

"This is my go-to bubble tea place, and I can't always get there in person, so I get delivery a lot. The DoorDash menu is not optimal. I usually can't see the monthly special items and some of the toppings aren't available. I usually get the Bobaejicha with a cheesecap and I put the cap in the special instructions. It's a crap shoot whether it will be seen or if, like today, it'll be seen and they push the extra charge, but it doesn't actually come with the cheesecap. Still the best bubble tea around even with missed items, but I'd recommend you go in person if you have the option. "
