Every single time, my bagels are cut extremely unevenly - one half being almost the entire bag, with the other half being a sliver. This time around, my three tubs of plain schmear actually appeared to be moldy (no, it wasn't cross-contamination of seeds, etc.,but rather grey/blackish flecks throughout.
