At first glance, the poached chicken portion didn't awe, but lo and behold it was maybe the most tender, juicy chicken I have had in my life. In addition, the 2 sauces it comes with are both excellent. The fried chicken was also PERFECTLY crispy on the outside while still being just as perfect on the inside. And even the rice - it tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. I don't know if there's a specific way to eat the dish, but I took sips of the lovely chicken broth in between bites of the chicken. It was the perfect comfort food after a long day. I still write "Gluten Free for Celiac" in the notes section, to be extra safe. (I hate that Doordash never marks any menu items as gluten free). I often order the Panang Curry, Red Curry, or Mas-Sa-Mun Curry. The Panang Curry & Red Curry are my favorites. I love the Chicken Satay with peanut sauce and Thai cucumber salad (Doordash doesn't list this as an appetizer. You have to order it as an add-on), the Fresh Rolls are good (I'm a big fan of the peanut sauce), and the Tom Kha soup is delicious. The fresh Thai Salad is also delicious as a main-dish salad or a light side-salad (I called the restaurant to check that this was gluten free. It is.). I find it annoying that I can't order any dessert from this restaurant through Door Dash. If you go to the restaurant in person, the Sticky Rice Puddings are Gluten Free.
