"We typically enjoy Julian's Aglio Pizza "Aglio" but tonight felt off. All of the garlic still had a raw crunch (usually roasted and the best part). It is supposed to have prosciutto, but there were huge chunks like this, not the prosciutto I would expect. I also didn't think this pizza being so small. Meatballs were so soft, juicy, with the right amount of seasoning. Italian food is generally simple, so execution and quality are everything.
