I love Vietnamese food but lots of time the restaurants don't follow instructions. Not this restaurant. They followed my instructions to the Tee, the packaging was fresh, clean, complete, the flavor was excellent, exactly how I ordered, the bread was fresh and authentic. "The chicken was incredibly dry, lean, and almost tough. There was a very small amount of mayonnaise on the sandwich - most of the bread was pretty dry. The whole thing was dry enough that it was difficult to eat and swallow. This is not normal for banh mi."

"While the broth for #39 tasted ok, both #33 and #39 at the end had some soapy flavor. The vermicelli for both was hardly cooked and hard. The spring rolls were not very good: shrimp tasted like they were close to expiring and both rolls, while huge, were primarily filled with lettuce that was clearly old. It's also not great to have your sriracha and hoisin sauce packets shoved inside the same container as the fresh vegetables that are supposed to be added directly to the soup--unsanitary."
