I ordered mine with no ice, that way it doesn't get watered down in transport and I get a little more. I can always add ice at home and sometimes do. I prefer the iced coffee to the iced lattes because they're less expensive and by nature a bit less sweet, although you can easily sweeten to your heart's content by adding more flavoring, simple syrup or even packaged sugar or sweeteners. For my taste, I just add an extra pump of vanilla but no extra sweeteners. SOOO GOOD! "
