Burgers are small and tasteless, fries are only good when fresh, drinks are often watered down and taste like 'sweet' water. Macca's are supposed to be the gold standard when it comes to food and have some of the world highest ethical and moral standards and processes that leave the industry dumbfounded. They are leading their industry in just about every area including customer service, automated processes, ease of use, time the customer needs to wait, value for money etc but somewhere along the line they've lost their commitment to genuine 'good tasting food' .
