Caliente Cantina Chicken Quesadilla is okay, I'd like it better if there was way less of the Caliente sauce. I think the flavor of the sauce is fine, but my quesadilla was drenched in it, and it just wasn't very enjoyable for me, personally. If there had been the option of ordering it on the side and maybe dipping it or adding it on myself, I probably would have liked it a lot more.
Loaded Beef Nachos were a hit, I've been using a modified version of the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito to recreate my beloved long-lost Beef & Potato burrito, which makes me super happy.

"Wow I can't tell if people in Santa Fe love bad food because they haven't been to a place where you can get authentic Japanese or what but this was abysmal! $7 for 2 pieces of chicken dipped in a stick sauce on a wilted piece of lettuce was the complete contents of the chicken on a stick, same with the grey Asian BBQ Beef. The Teriyaki Chicken was not marinated it was just chicken chunks in the same corn syrup sauce. The goyza was rubbery on the inside and hard on the outside. We won't be coming back. It was so bad."
