The chicken tamale was large and very tasty. I don't know if its supposed to be wet, but this was. I saw Pastelitos and remembered eating them years ago at a Puerto Rican woman's house, so ordered them. I was intrigued by the Pupusas so ordered 3 different ones of those. Everything tasted amazing. The owner claimed that I took too long to pick it up and stated that the price was not fair due to a $10 discount, which was not something I had control over. She also claimed that she could not remove the charge. This is not the first time she has made this claim. I was given the ceviche without spice and was asked if I wanted it extra spicy. The quality was not the best. I am unsure whether this was due to being rushed, but I have been coming here for years. Even so, the customer service was not appropriate, especially for a regular customer. I also had to wait for the causa de pollo to be prepared, and no utensils were provided. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the treatment, quality, and service. I will not be returning. Unfortunately, you have lost me as a customer."
