"I ordered late on a Saturday night, right before they closed and the food was beyond excellent!! Not to mention that I live about 20 minutes away and everything was still steaming hot when it got here. The rice was hot and fluffy, the shrimp were huge and packed in the bowl as well as cooked perfectly. The fried dumplings were my favorite though. Not burnt or soggy and terrific flavor. I think the dipping sauce is just a touch sweeter than most I've had, which I like. Thank you for the great food!!"

"I always test out a new (to me) Chinese restaurant by ordering Beef with Snowpeas and House Specual Fried Rice and Lo Mein. China 1 bats them all out of the park! I grew up with a Chinese restaurant that only had water chestnuts and snowpeas in a distinctive brown sauce with the beef; I'm okay with carrots, mushrooms and sliced bamboo as long as I get my water chestnuts. This one hits the mark."

"The pork egg roll was cold like it was taken out of the refrigerator and put in the fryer for 30 seconds and it wasn't crispy. The LoMein had no flavor, no carrots or green onions like the picture shows it is a pale color but it did have a few pieces of cabbage in it. I had to add garlic powder, onion powder soy sauce and alot of black pepper to give some taste. It was a waste of $17.00 and this is my 2nd time trying because China 1rst prices have gone up. Then, one night, it popped up on DoorDash, and I figured, "Why not? I like Japanese-style cooked foods."
