"Rigatoni Rosa was perfect! The one suggestion I have would be to bring back an option to sub shredded parm for grated - I would happily pay a bit more to be able to do this without having to call and ask to sub. It's the texture. The balance of sauce and solid ingredients as well as the bread softness. It made me realize that every other sub I've eaten has usually been a dry laborious process of choking down a thick slab of tough bread with stuff inside.
