"Firehouse subs are superior to every other version of this type of sandwich that I've personally experienced. I'm not claiming to be some kind of expert, but given the limited range of sub joints in my general area Firehouse is better. I don't mean by a little bit, I mean they are WAY better. It's the texture. The balance of sauce and solid ingredients as well as the bread softness. It made me realize that every other sub I've eaten has usually been a dry laborious process of choking down a thick slab of tough bread with stuff inside. Sure it can still be good flavor-wise but the bread is usually overpowering. Not so with these. Juicy without being soggy. How brand S manages to keep the doors open is beyond me. Maybe brand C is a more worthy opponent but like I said I'm not a well versed foodie or anything. Brand F gets an A+ from me."

"This was a total miss today. I arrived within 2 minutes of the promised time. The Pub Wings 1/2lb. which are normally amazing, were cold and the skin was rubbery and weird. I tried to be adventurous and tried the Short Rib Empanadas. They were tasty, but for $10.95 two small dumpling sized empanadas were not worth the cost. The Three Bavarian-style Pretzilla Twists were tough and stale. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a few days. The best thing was the cheese Wisconsin Cheese Curds, however id avoid the marinara sauce and opt for the ranch instead. Very disappointing."

"The BUTTERFINGER® BLIZZARD® Treat that I ordered was supposed to be a medium. I received a mini size. Then, on top of it, the Choco Brownie Extreme BLIZZARD® Treat that I ordered that was supposed to be a mini ended up being a medium. I can understand accidentally mixing up the wrong size, but the employees need to confirm the order is correct before they pack up and seal the order. If this had happened in store or in the drive-thru, they would have made it correctly. Why can't they do the same for Doordash orders. This is not the first time that they have screwed up an order for me, and I doubt it will be the last."
