"I ordered the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich as a lettuce wrap, and their effort was a complete fail. I got a perfect chicken breast with just jagged bits of lettuce and a couple to torn up pickles. There was absolutely no way I could use that lettuce to wrap my chicken. I had asked for extra pickles, but I didn't get them. They need to go to Arby's for a lesson in making a proper lettuce wrap. I'm amazed at the lack of quality that was shown. If you're not going to have beautiful pieces of lettuce to make a lettuce wrap, don't even offer that option. And they didn't even provide a spoon for the soup. Poor effort."
