I also wasn't quite sure how to use the side salsa with the burrito and wound up eating it later. The salsa and queso have a bit of a kick, I wish I had used it with the burrito, and the tortilla chips are large and wonderfully crispy. I wound up liking the sides much more than the potatoes."

Tiny amount of ground beef and maybe 6 beans, and that's a bowl not a cup. The Mediterranean Greens with Grains salad is also lacking. Not really much there besides 2 slices of cucumber and a few peppers on lettuce. So, while the food tastes good and as fresh, and the staff at the Saratoga store are great, I'm sorry to say that Panera themselves are cheaping out. This was way overpriced for what I got. Both items were anemic. But, this is not the norm and better luck next time as I will order again. stuff happens..."

The Side Veg was mostly zucchini and mushroom with a bit carrot and onion, nicely cooked, but not much flavor. Rice was proper. Salad was exactly what you'd expect - nothing but iceberg lettuce, one slice of cucumber, and some ginger dressing. I'm not sure why these Asian places even include salad lol. Can't speak to the miso soup because we don't eat it and asked them to not include the soup so we would not have to throw it away. Arrived fresh and hot. 4 stars because it's exactly what we expected, but also fresh and hot. Not 5-Star cuisine, but not bad either. Fast food."

"First time experience and definitely the last. The macaroni was bland. I say macaroni because the cheese was pretty much non existent. The only flavor in the dish came from the ridiculous amount of panko with herbs that were just placed on top; not even baked. The burger with chili cheese fries was a fail as well. For starters, putting both items in the same container never should've happened. The bun was so soggy and falling apart i had to throw out over a third of the bun. The chili spillover did contribute to the flavor of the burger. The burger itself lacked seasoning and flavor. Very bland burger as a whole with exception to over abundance of pickles and some type of sauce which was not very good. In the end, over half of the burger and all except 2 bites of the macaroni was thrown out. I had others taste them as well without telling them and they stated the same; the food was not good. Definitely not worth the price. Bad experience but lesson learned."

"Where's the beef? Few days ago I ordered the fried chicken sandwich from here and it was excellent, so were the fries. Tonight's order not so much. Lots of bread and mayo, even tastes like someone accidentally started putting some BBQ sauce on this Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger . But not much to it other than condiment and bread. Well made and neatly carefully packaged, but definitely falls short of cheeseburger craving. Also, despite ordering crispy fries, which were great in my previous order, these fries were limp and tasting almost like raw spud. Disappointed, but will try again because they do make everything nice and neat in the container and the previous order was excellent, so obviously they do a good job and put in the effort, and that counts. This one just didn't quite hit the mark. Stuff happens, right? Still seems good quality and I appreciate the care put into making the order nice. But I gotta say - need to step up the beef to compete with the other "5" places at exit 15 to get more burger than bun. Constructive criticism. Good place and good people. 5 stars for the staff and effort. 3 stars for the "gourmet cheeseburger" that could have used something more than bread and and condiments, and undercooked "crispy" fries. Better luck next time? I'll try again."
