While the Giddy Up Melt wasn't quite as stacked as what's advertised, it delivered an immediate hit of flavor from the sweet barbecue sauce and the savoriness of the brisket and cheese that brought me to audibly wow. I also wasn't quite sure how to use the side salsa with the burrito and wound up eating it later.
