Burritos were poorly portioned and half the burrito was just rice, other half was chicken and beans with almost no rice. Overall, there was very little chicken and the burrito was not good. When the app notified me that my meal was ready, I drove 10 minutes and when I got there the employee told me to leave because it would be another 30 minutes not realizing I was the customer, not a random dasher. I thought I was doing myself a favor by picking it up and saving some time but instead I wasted even more time sitting in the restaurant for food that was absolutely terrible.
I got this burrito before and it was great which is why I came back but this whole experience was so horrible.... I may never come back again.
They said they were "sorry, they were supposed to turn their DoorDash off" but they didn't so... that still means they're responsible to those customers so at least provide a refund option because I could've gotten a better meal for cheaper in less time.
