The shoyu tare has an unpleasant metallic tang, a really common shoyu fault. If you try this place, I would recommend ordering a different flavor, since miso and salt tares tend to be more foolproof. The noodles and soft-boiled egg were also a bit overcooked--the restaurant should consider adjusting for how the hot food will continue to cook for . I hate to give a bad review to a place that seems to have nice people trying their best, but I doubt they are in danger of going out of business.
