"I realized after I ordered that I usually order from the Homestead location, but figured it wouldn't be an issue. I called and asked them to make my order spicy, which they did and I appreciate since the teriyaki isn't spicy. But when I got my order, there is barely any sauce. Every other location I have ever gone to covers my wings in sauce. So much sauce that the bottom of the container is covered in it. These were dry and disappointing. I'm definitely going to make sure I order from the right location going forward. "

However, this last time I ordered, half the topping were missing from my burger and the toppings that were on it that I paid extra for were sub par (not even a full slice of tomato, one tiny piece of bacon, and two very small lettuce pieces that were turning brown) I have to say the most upsetting part was my burger was still pink inside.... its a smash burger, those are supposed to be cooked well done. I believe this comes down to staffing, some cooks care to pay attention to the order and what they're doing while others seem to make it blind folded. As I read through other reviews, the missing toppings seem to be a reoccuring issue, I find this very annoying especially since you have to pay extra for a majority of the toppings. "
