Freshness was not an option for our food apparently, the fries were ice cold, cookie was in pieces mixed in with fries. The pictures of the sandwiches are misleading, menu should state that photos are for ingredient and sandwich build reference only. I will never order from here again. I will not ever recommend anyone choose to eat at Penn Station as it is a complete waste of money. I was utterly embarrassed to tell the staff that I actually paid $32 for what I had!"
