The pork broth in Tonkotsu Ramen came separately in a smaller container, just pour it into the bowl with the cold noodles and meat, which by the way, the pork and chicken I had were both tender. It is a large portion - hearty, not spicy, very delicious comfort food. Can see this being a go-to winter dish. The Hibachi Chicken & Steak was cooked perfectly, rice moist and very flavorful. OH YEAH... we also request the offered yum yum sauce That's offered with the chicken hibachi but didn't receive it. that however won't be reflected in my review as we didn't pay any extra for them."
