Think of the outer brown thin layer you'd get with a pretzel and then the inner layer is fluffy and at the same time mildly compact to where it is perfectly mid level on the tough to softness. Not toasted and at the same time not just bread you'd pull out of a bag. They really did a fantastic job today and it really helped make it a great day today. I do recommend a butter, garlic, or cheese sauce/dip with these to both compliment and complete the breadsticks. "
