The ribs were good but a little too greasy for her. I too had the Cowboy Dinner with sliced brisket, sausage, pinto beans and potato salad. Brisket was a little dry, sausage was smokey like no other I have tasted, Both very good though. Beans were tasty. Potato salad was good except the cubed potatoes were a little too hard for my liking. We both liked it enough that we will order again from this location. There was no bread with the order and none mentioned in the description, but the thumbnail shows a bun. Just wondering."
