"This was delicious! I got the rare steak pho. I was kind of concerned about how they would package it, but they packed everything separately. The noodles weren't even in the broth. The broth was hot, but I like mine scalding hot, so I put it on the stove and added the individually wrapped ingredients. It was absolutely delicious and just like it would be if I were having it in the restaurant. It was a lot of food for a very good price. I will definitely order from them again, and I'm looking forward to trying different dishes. They totally outdid themselves!"
"decent food but quite expensive for what it is you get I believe 6-8 of them for the price each one about the size of my.thumb. filling is good, outside is crispy and flaky, foods great price is just fairly high."

"Everything tasted amazing! Awesome spring Egg Rolls, Tofu Sandwich. :) Bubble tea options are great too!"

"The Beyond the Bowl was okay. Good sized portion for sure. Their poke raw fish is always a little soft and macerated or chewy and fatty here. It's not fresh and perfect like the other poke places I've been to, but it's also not weird and cheesy like bad places I've been to. So it's mid but when desperate it's okay. Avocado Roll was 10/10 excellent and it's not even avocado season. I'll order the Avocado Roll again for sure. But I'll get my poke somewhere fresher"
"Chicken Gyoza (6pcs) were excellent and solid portion size. Fireworks Roll delicious and good amount of wasabi and ginger. Beyond the Bowl was really good, the fish was fresher than the last time I ordered here. I will definitely order again!"

"Their site says that the King of cashew is rated the highest, it was subpar. I was hungry so I forced it down but it was awful. I ordered mine with chicken, very little chicken. "Noi is my all time favorite thai place in the Seattle area! Everything is always fresh hot consistent and delicious. Noi's Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum) is perfect, and they're one of the only places that have it year-round. I have no earthly idea how they get such fresh ingredients even when papaya is completely out of season. Good papaya salad has become almost a litmus test for me now that I live in the Seattle area. Not all Thai restaurants necessarily serve it and out of the ones that do, in my experience if the som tum is good, the whole menu is probably 4 stars or better, and that absolutely holds true for this place. Literally at this point I'm sure I've tried least half of Noi's menu if not more, and they have never, EVER let me down. Also, and this can be super personal so it might not help everyone, but their spice rating system is perfect in my opinion. Their 1* is exactly what I would rate as a 1/5, the 3* is exactly what I would consider a 3/5, etc. I also appreciate the button for "I'm thai, make it thai spicy" which is a big green flag all by itself. Most importantly: if I order a 3 today and a 3 for the same dish on a random day three weeks from now, it will be exactly the same spice level every time. For me, especially as a user with a white-sounding name, this is a 10/10 experience. Idk what system y'all have in place but every other restaurant needs to incorporate it, because you have got this down to a science. I'm honestly tempted to say you deserve 5/5 stars just for having such a good system and trusting patrons to know their own spice tolerance. So here go my recommendations: My personal all-time favorite menu items here are the Green Papaya Salad (Som Tum), tom kha, crying tiger, and the coconut panang curry. In general, I also strongly recommend giving the house specialties a try as well as anything recommended by staff on any given day. You can also trust all the dishes the doordash app says are popular/highly rated. But like I said, they've never let me down and if you're just looking for something familiar and approachable, look no further! I especially recommend the massaman and fried chicken if you are looking for delicious options that are not spicy. Another plug for the crying tiger under the low spice category, actually, because it's basically flank steak with dipping sauce, very easy to adjust spice level. After a long week, when I miss my thai family and friends and the homemade dishes they used to make for me, I come here because I know I can trust the flavors will be exactly right every time. Hope you'll love this place as much as I do! "
"The Original Tom Kah is just ok, the Bangkok Red Curry is at least 3 star spicy and I asked for no spicy so it's too hot for me to be able to eat, and the chicken in the Swimming Rama is boiled chicken that was undercooked and I had to saute it to be able to eat it. The peanut sauce it came with was amazing. Overall the food is entirely too expensive for less than mediocre food."

"It was great that the Green Curry had zucchini instead of eggplant IMHO. The standard fare was very good, standard: Green Curry; Pad Thai; Thai Iced Tea; Fresh Rolls. My only complaint was the Chicken Wings were fried to chalky husks. It may have been the odd hour I ordered and they seemed like they might have been good too if cooked well. Next time = hopefully better"

"The Small Cold Cucumber Salad was very good sometime whenwe order we are lucky to have maybe 5 cucumber slices. Then other times like today, we received a proper serving to share between two people. When we dine in, we receive the larger portion. It is only when we order delivery that the quantity has been inconsistent everything is great!!"
"The orange chicken doesn't look like the photos nor how it is when we come into the restaurant to eat. The chicken is dry- very dry. The pieces on chicken within the breading is minimal. Most pieces had more breading than chicken. We didnt get very much chicken either. As gor the cucumber salad, every time we order it we get different amounts of cucumbers, either a whole lot, filling the bowl it comes in or, like tonight, we received a single layer of 5-6 cucumbers. The pmahranste lemonade is alway very good not too sweet. Perfect. Consistency in quality and quantity of food needs further work. "

VBML01. Vietnamese Beef Sandwich (Long Size)
Bread The foundation of a bánh mì is a crispy, airy baguette. Unlike traditional French baguettes, the Vietnamese version is lighter, with a thin, crackly crust and a fluffy interior, making it easier to bite into. Proteins (Fillings) Traditional choices often include pork in various forms: grilled pork, pork belly, roast pork, Vietnamese cold cuts (chả lụa, head cheese), or pâté. Other versions may feature chicken, beef, tofu, or even eggs for vegetarian or modern twists. A thin layer of rich, savory pâté is a signature element that enhances umami depth. Vegetables Fresh pickled vegetables—pickled carrots and daikon (đồ chua)—provide tangy crunch. Fresh cucumber slices add juiciness and a cooling effect. Fresh cilantro sprigs introduce a bright, herbal note. Optional additions include sliced jalapeños or bird’s eye chili for heat. Condiments Mayonnaise or butter spread lightly on the bread for creaminess. Soy sauce or Maggi seasoning sometimes drizzled for a savory punch. Chili sauce or sriracha may be added for spiciness. Flavor Profile The bánh mì balances crispy, savory, tangy, spicy, and fresh elements in each bite. The baguette delivers crunch, the proteins provide richness, the pickled vegetables cut through with acidity, and the herbs/chilies give freshness and heat. Presentation Typically served wrapped in paper for easy handheld eating. A single bánh mì is filling but light enough to enjoy as a snack or meal.
