I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. "First time I tried this place. Easy parking, clean and organized inside, friendly staff. Bánh mì was good, veggies were fresh and crisp. Basil Popcorn Chicken was good but could have been better with a few more basil leaves (more like the photo on the menu). Peach Orange Lemongrass Tea was delicious and D13. Peach Black Tea with strawberry popping pearls is what I will be going back for soon. Unfortunately, the Deep Fried Bananas couldn't have been more disappointing. They were fried bread "pockets" with essentially nothing inside. There were traces of what probably started as bananas, but only traces (maybe 5% of the original volume of banana) remained after frying. Nevertheless, I'll be back for the sandwiches and drinks and I'm glad to have a new restaurant nearby that I like this well!"

Their bahn mi is so fresh with fresh baguettes and the flavor is always top notch. Their pho is also incredible. The broth stays hot until you're ready to eat it and the noodles never stick together.
