The flavors were so complex (it had the best thinly sliced jalapeños on top that were delicious but spicier than Mexican jalapeños so I moved them to the side and used them sparingly because I felt they were overpowering the amazing sauce called "chefs special sauce which took me quite a while to identify tomato and garlic in this delightful sauce. The lobster salad was abundant and rich, the tempura shrimp were also delicious and easily found with even some small pieces of shrimp every now and then. This is a very rich, layered, incredibly flavorful sushi made with the best, expensive seafood land the sweetness from small sections of fresh mango balanced the delightful acidity of the tomatoes in the sauce while also balancing the spiciest of the jalapeños.
