"The quality of food here has been consistent every time I have ordered, very flavorful, and most of the time very fresh. Pretty good portion sizes on the products, too. The Barq's Root Beer "large drink" is actually a large drink (around 40 oz cup), in comparison to other places where their large drinks are closer to around 20oz size cups. That said, I do plan on ordering again, because they consistently deliver quality product for the price. One complaint I have though, is the individual item boxes that are used. For example, if you order a Bigger Plate, the 3rd protein will be in one of those small boxes. Those small boxes will leak whatever marinade is on your proteins into the shipping bag, usually causing a mess, often getting sticky as well, and it can cause a contamination issue, so there needs to be something in place to prevent that like adding a liner seal to the design or changing to a different style of container."

"My Burrito Bowl was unusually bland. The rice and beans had no seasoning, (not just under - none at all) and the corn salsa was almost obsolete and non-existent. Sometimes, there's a bit of lime juice to make it fresher and more flavorful, but that is inconsistent, and definitely was not on this order. The pork was good, everything cooked properly, and it's a pretty decent portion size for the price... but overall, it's very under seasoned. Add some salt, pepper, lemon powder, onion and garlic powder (or a proper portion of corn salsa, instead of half a #30 scoop or - probably more accurately - a butter scoop), and maybe a stock to cook into the beans and rice to name a few possibilities. I'd be more than happy to order again if it was properly seasoned... but I shouldn't have to reach for my own spice rack to fix a restaurant's order."
