"Rice and beans are inexpensive, and we only received small portions that didn't even complete the space in the box. The Jamaica was almost 5 dollars and it tasted like water! It was in a cup for a child! The bistec was NOT fresh, and too spicy! They don't even tell you it's spicy, which is not good for some people. Even the SMALL piece of lime was NOT fresh. I will never order from here again, and I don't recommend to anyone else. Pay a lot of money for a small amount of poorly made food. Greedy restaurant!"

"I asked for cheese sauce on my Classic roast beef which I paid extra for and I got a dime size squirt. I ordered Crinkle fries and never received them. The chicken slider, it was so hard and the bun with the cheese side was literally stuck to the piece of chicken. Never have I received food like this from Arby's. Also if you are going to take the time to tape the bag shut, then make sure it's actually secure. It's weird when you get a bag and the tape is not even fastened to the bag. A big fat zero to Arby’s tonight. "
