"This place is hands down the best Taco place in the area and I've had them all. El Borracho in Ballard was my favorite until they went Vegan. I was a bartender there for ayear before Covid hit. Their selection was huge and had many the same types although unique in their own way. I've beenearthing for a similar tasto since and today. I've finally found something that competes.The cachete OMG or Cabeza is so tender and delicits in flavor. The green salsa is perfect. Their al Pastor actuslly has Pineapple which around here is rare. Weird right? The meat could be sliced a different way so it holds more juice but the flavor it there. The Pollo is on point. Seasonings. Toppings. Everything. I was missing 1 pollo Taco on my order but idc. I was full from the 4 I ordered. All in all 5 stars. Maybe cut the pork in a juicier way amd bigger pineapple chunks but that's just me. I'm a freakin Taco snob. I'd like to see Pato on the menu. I miss Pato. Thank you for making such a great selection."

"Delicious! I combined these fajitas (Sizzling Fajitas for One) with some queso back from my favorite TX taco shop. The fajitas, while a bit skinnier than I'd like, are the best flavored in the region. The onions are cooked to the proper temp and it shows! They are candy that can be eaten by themselves. I could use more chilis and heat overall but I'm just grateful for the flavor at this point. Same praise and criticism towards the salsa apply. I think they are catering to their clientele for the region. Fair play."

"Great food, everything was packaged very nicely too! The Pollo Encremado had a good amount of peppers/onions and they were fresh and al dente. The followed instructions well, I put in the notes and everything came out how I wanted! Oh, the Bacon Wrapped Jalapenos were SPICY! But I guess that's the risk you take :p"

"Food is good, but didn't get my Arriba Jalisco Platter at first round so that was pretty disappointing. They ended up giving me the regular carne asada and it didn't even come with the grilled onions. Instead of getting refund I had them redeliver the correct order at no cost. The place is pretty close to where I live so I don't have to wait long, but docked 1 star for the missed order. Otherwise, food is good and hot when delivered. Driver (Angela) was also great, handled the food for 5-6 ppl with care."

"I had avoided ordering from here for a long time because there was no option to specify "no sour cream" or "whole beans instead of refried" for the burrito options from DoorDash. Wish I would have ordered the Pollo Asado Gs, Tacos Al Carbon, or Sopa de Pollo (Chicken Soup) sooner. Everything was great. It was fresh and expertly prepared. The chicken was grilled hot and juicy, beef in the Authentic Enchiladas Jalisco was wonderfully tender. The rice was light and fluffy, beans perfectly just barely al dente and not over cooked and falling apart. All of the vegetables were perfectly done. We have a new favorite local Mexican restaurant. Highly recommended. Our only minor complaints are the store bought quality of the corn tortillas and the guacamole was fresh and good but surprisingly bland. Also would like to be able to omit sour cream or specify whole beans in the DoorDash menu. "
