A good balance of all ingredients, but less, tastes a whole lot better than a large portion that is mostly rice. I imagine this is done to cut ingredients cost (or save money) with online orders, since it is less likely a customer will say something versus when buying in person. Buying in person is a safe bet since the customer may observe the preparation of their order. "
