Super rich, dense, and -yes- moist brownies bookend a generous bit of light white chocolate mousse. Inside, two marinated cherries add a bit of complexity and depth. That said, the dish would benefit from a sweet-tart cherry reduction to further balance the flavors. Food was delivered fast by DoorDash. Overall, this was a very pleasant surprise!
