They are very fresh and pair well with all the contents. It also includes walnuts (unsalted). There is also a cup of jam/jelly/preserves. I think it was apricots. So delicious and sweet but it was a natural sweetness. I also ate the cup gumbo. This comes with a full size cooked prawn on top. The gumbo is tangy and flavor but not a hot spicy dish. Although those sensitive to spices may find more heat. I would order all of these items again! My complements to the chef and team for a very delicious lunch! "
