"This was my first time trying Sitar in years. I used to go to their buffet over in Papermill a long time ago. The Gobi Kulcha was supposed to have "homemade cheese" inside, there was nothing but little bits of onion. Only $5, but still not as advertised. It was also dry. The Kulfi (pictured next to a Coca Cola to illustrate size) was pretty much a single scoop of really bland ice cream. It was obviously portioned out and frozen ahead of time. Definitely a waste of another $5. The Karahi Lamb Palak seemed like a small portion until I mixed it up with the rice in a larger bowl, but for what you get for $20, I wouldn't order it again. It should be illegal to call a proportion of that size a large. They don't even offer a dipping sauce with their overpriced meal. Buddy's Bar B Q at least gives you dipping sauce. "First time trying this place and will definitely be back. The ramen has a great balance of flavors, the pork belly is tender but has a nice crisp, the broth isn't too salty, and the noodles themselves are not mushy but not hard either. The scallion fried rice was fragrant and delicious too! Highly recommend! "

"I'm a huge ramen person, but the Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen was not it for me. I used to frequent the Ramen Bones food truck in town before closeure, real Japanese ramen, this is a little off. Noodles/toppings are decent, but the bone broth had a greasy smell and flavor to it. I also love Miso Soup, again this was not it. Very non-traditional, which would be fine if it weren't so salty I felt like I was just drinking miso paste straight up. I hope it was an off day, but it surely wasnt the quality I expected for their prices. "
