"I absolutely love this item. It's very sweet and has a strong caramel taste that I like. However I personally don't think it blends well with whipped cream, but that could also just be because I don't like whipped cream on its own already. However as much as I love this item and would give the store five stars for it I can't because they consistently mess up on making the order. I constantly get whipped cream in my coffee and despite ordering extra caramel crunch they always seem to give me the normal amount despite an upcharge I believe. Sometimes I also have syrup sitting at the bottom of the cup which I assume is the syrup I add and I actually love that versus it being blended in with the drink, but today my order didn't even have a hint of that syrup flavor that I also got charged for. At least I get a 2.44$ credit 🙃"

That was not in the picture and I did not like that either. I probably will not order from here again.
