"This is not healthy food, so if that's what you're looking for, skip it. The "crispy" Crispy Brussels Sprouts are deep fried. Oil was pooled at the bottom. I wish it would have mentioned that ANYWHERE on the description because I purposely avoid fried foods as I get sick after a couple bites. That was an entire waste of money. The Build Your Own Bowl also came with lettuce, which was stated nowhere in the description. The rice is warm, so the lettuce was wilted. When I removed the lettuce it was about half the geography of the bowl, so you're paying for a rice salad. They also took forever to make the food.
