I wouldn't order again as it's a gut bomb without needing THAT much thickness to be an enjoyable white sauce (think solid fat block when not warm). Everything seemed fresh enough though and the portion size was adequate for how rich it is. I think the amount of shrimp is fine. I'd just like a little more movement from my noodles and for added fats to be included, but more controlled as per a more professional chef's engagement instead of throwing fat at it and relying solely on it to make the meal. Too heavy. But this isn't personal as the sauce mix very well could be done from another company. But when I order seafood, even from Applebee's, I expect great nuance for the price."
