The red bean paste inside is just a little dry and not as sweet as i prefer, but still good! I'd order these again if ordering food from this place again. Fried Custard Bun ( 3 pcs) so so so so good! I'd hard to find these made correctly but these are fantastic! they are a bit small but the amount of egg custard inside totally makes up for it! they were all piping hot when they arrived!i feel like the duck egg custard tasted just a bit undercooked, but i might have busted into them too soon, as they were still hot enough to cook the egg a bit more as they cooled down. Anyway i usually get the steamed egg bao from other places, i didn't notice them on this menu until after i had already finalized the order, but these are really good too! I'll definitely order these again, except I'll likely get the steamed ones."
