"When I receive the order, my food was all mixed up as though it was tipped over then set on its side in the bag. The kung pao chicken had good spice but lacked any flavor profiles. I got a lot of heat followed by slight hint of broccoli and beef. Most of the rangoons were burnt and were missing their filling. And lastly, for all we ordered, we didn't even get fortune cookies for the little one. I usually don't have a problem with Panda Express, but today's experience may have me not returning in future.
