"The food here is absolutely excellent. The eggs are prepared exactly the way you requested, and they have more options for egg preparation than anywhere I've ever seen before. The potatoes are absolutely delicious, the fresh fruit comes in a very generous portion, and everything is just fantastic. HOWEVER... the Million Dollar Bacon needs to come with a warning. It does mention that it has black pepper, but it does not mention that it is VERY spicy, especially for a breakfast item. I expected some peppered bacon in a similar manner to other places that have offered a similar item, but out of the four pieces of bacon, I was able to finish less than one before it was more than I could handle. I will order from First Watch again, but I will stay far, far away from the Diablo bacon. I recommend the same for everyone else who doesn't like very spicy breakfast."

They were very generous with the sour cream and the cheese on top, where I wish they had alao put my salsa. The chicken in my quesadilla was grilled so I really did not enjoy it.
