"Half assed poor quality. Ordered well before closing to be delivered to employees at Riverbend hospital. Build Your Own Pizza and Chicken Alfredo Pasta ordered. Pizza was thin, had hardly any toppings considering its $3.29 per topping. Can count probably 9 chunks of sausage on the x-large pizza. Chicken Alfredo was partially burnt, not mixed together, and tasted bland. Paid nearly $10 for only 2/3 of the Alfredo tin to be filled. Not worth the money, not worth the hassle."

We ordered a Sy's classic deep dish slice & NY style cheese pizza. Both were excellent! The sauce on the deep dish was plentiful and delicious. The thick crust has a great bite. The New York style is substantial, big thick slices of thin crust pizza. Thick and thin? Yes, it's possible! Do yourself a flavor and avoid 94% of the pizza places in Eugene. I ordered a fruit bowl in my first go of this restaurant, for $9.00 & got less then a cup of fruit. It looked like they counted out every piece, careful not to give more then 2 of the same fruit.The Waffle Sampler is a good classic beligan waffle, 4/5 ⭐ for JUST the waffle. However, the sides were the absolute bare minimum for the price to be considered reasonable, and not very good. Eggs were rubbery but edible. The bacon was thin, but decent. In total, 'Brail's' over charges, and under delivers. Disappointing."

It actually reminded me of the cheesesteak I had in Philadelphia some 25 years ago. I've had a lot of cheesesteaks since then, and few if any have been reminiscent of that one in Philly.
