One cup of raw baby spinach contains around 7 calories. I had barely a 6th of a cup of spinach on my FOOTLONG. There was not even a 6th of a cup of Lettuce. Tomatoes are a no brainer, you just line them up, same with cucumber. Where is the leafy greens?! Why would you short on the cheepest ingredients on a sandwich that is supposed to showcase them?
