I called them directly and they told me they canceled that order because they were out of a certain item. Instead of proactively, calling me to see if I wanted an exchange, they canceled. When I told them that I wanted the alternative item, they made the driver wait 30 minutes for my food, even though they told him it would only take 10 to 15 minutes. What should have been a late lunch around 2:30 turned out to be an early supper around 4 PM. We are disappointed in their customer service.

For over $20, i wasn't expecting mega-sized cupcakes but they definitely should have been a little bit bigger. You probably couldn't split a cupcake with someone and have more than 2 bites, to give you an idea. I was also hoping to try the Cannoli's but doubt I'll gamble again. "Their pancakes taste like McDonalds pancakes...That was pretty disappointing. Eggs weren't seasoned.. which would've been fine if I had at least gotten some sort of seasoning packets, but no. Just bland eggs and hashbrowns. They also gave me a pint of blueberries for my 2 very thin little pancakes. So I basically just have a box of fruit. Not mad about that though lol."
"Patty melt was delicious! The bread was toasted perfectly, with lots of onions and cheese. The fries were seasoned just right to make it a tasty meal. The garlic bread was the disappointment. For $3, it was 4 tiny pieces of bread that barely had any garlic flavor, so I wouldn't suggest getting it."

"Vinny's is reliably delicious. I haven't had the Pot Of Gold for a while, and now I wonder why. The mozzarella sticks, ravioli, chips, and chicken bites were hot, fresh and well complimented by the sauce. Even the deep fried bowl was worth eating! The Philly Steak Cheese with bacon and sauerkraut added hit just the right spot - tasty toppings, soft but not mushy hoagie roll, and generous amounts of fillings. Do yourself a favor and order from Vinny's!"
