Though the sauce game leans into that traditional tangy heat—reminding me a bit of Frank’s RedHot. If you’re a fan of that nostalgic flavor, it’ll hit that comfort zone easy. That said, the wings were on the smaller side more snack than meal— sharing with a few people for 2x 1/2 Doz is alright, which might not satisfy for the price or if you’re coming in with a real appetite. While the experience wasn’t bad at all, I’d probably keep Long Wong’s as a fifth option if I’m ranking top wing spots. It’s got a reliable old-school vibe, just doesn’t quite stand out in a city full of heavy-hitting wing joints. Unlike the Chandler location. Further more I would give my order a solid 5/10.
