I've had the Pork Banh Mi and Cha Gio before and equally delicious. The only think I've ever been disappointed in was the Crab Rangoon as it really didn't have much filling and I do wish they would add an option to purchase extra sauce or dipping sauce as they are good with the sandwich or added the soup - but overall, really great. "My order was missing a burger. I went in and was initially told it would take 10 minutes to remake the order. When I expressed my concern if the other food getting cold before the burger was done there were able to have them make it right away. Unfortunately my order was not relayed correctly to the cook and it came with lettuce even though I asked for no lettuce. I asked to have pickles added. ... there were no pickles. Also when I got home 12 minutes later the freshly made burger had the bottom bun coated in grease. Also I'm assuming they ran out of straws because my milkshakes came with 2 regular sized straws and I was unable to drink my milkshake as those straws were completely inadequate. I ended up needing to eat my milkshake with a spoon."

"Shortly after i placed the order i received a phone call from the restaurant. The very sweet woman mentioned they were so sorry but running out of bone-in Chicken wings and said she could give me boneless if that was okay and seemed to be sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience. Feeding a family of 6, of course the boneless wings was fine by us. When the order came there was a box that said on the house which has whatever they had left of the bone-in chicken wings which i thought was so generous of them, plus the order change to boneless wings. The food was very delicious and very large cuts of meat. We had enough for lunch the next day too. I highly recommend for the quality of food, portions, taste, and the excellent guest service! The Butter Garlic Chicken was my personal favorite as well as the Soft Tofu Soup (the photos do not do it justice). Happy family here and will be back soon. So good, that we will be visiting in person next! "
