I got Rice Ball - Shrimp Tempura. the rice was light and bouncy. they use proper wrappers, so your seaweed wrap doesn't get soggy. their sauce isn't too sweet, but it isn't bitter. the shrimp was very fresh and perfectly cooked. not dry or chewy 20/10

The I got the P4. Pho Chin and my husband got the P14. Pho Tai Chin Bo Vien and both were so delicious. Generous portion which made me feel a bit better about the money spent. The broth was flavorful, the noodles, veggies, and meat were all tender and scrumptious. The noodles initially were stuck together since they were in a container but once the broth was added and I pulled at them some with my chopsticks, they came a part just fine. I recommend putting everything in a big bowl to mix instead of trying to do it in the small plastic container it comes in.
