This is not implying that the food was bad; the meat in the Beef Stroganoff W/ Speatzle was tender and cooked just right and the Polish Style Pizza Bread was browned just like we like. The Potato- Cheese Pierogi were pillowy and flavorful. The Kolaczky (5pcs) and Cake Of The Day were highlights. They were not over salted and satisfied our sugar cravings. Again, our main disappointment/gripe was in the amount of salt in the savory dishes. It was an overkill. We were thirsty almost immediately and all night long. If the salt can be reduced in the recipes, we would have likely had a higher opinion of our meal."
